1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777phl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 777phl online gaming platform, accessible at https://777phl.app, and its operators.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777phl platform in any capacity.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 777phl reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

2.5 Identity Verification

777phl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777phl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorized Access

You must notify 777phl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You can reach our support team at the contact details provided in Section 14 of these Terms.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree that all information provided to 777phl — at registration and at any subsequent time — is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your 777phl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in the immediate suspension of both the transferring and receiving accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777phl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 777phl's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. 777phl reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to processing. Once KYC is satisfied, e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within one (1) hour. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 777phl does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

777phl is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 777phl reserves the right to request additional documentation and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 777phl reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers provided by 777phl are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details. 777phl reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

777phl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Loyalty Rewards Program

777phl operates a tiered loyalty rewards program. Participation in the rewards program is subject to the specific terms of that program, which are available on the Rewards page. 777phl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

777phl offers a range of online games including but not limited to Dragon Tiger, Lucky Dragons, Ocean Lord, Jackpot Bingo, Star Fishing, and Live dealer games. Game availability may vary and 777phl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on the 777phl platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all games are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by 777phl or any third party.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, 777phl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the corresponding wagers to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out. 777phl's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

777phl is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777phl platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions;

• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777phl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of 777phl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 777phl platform without the prior written consent of 777phl.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability

777phl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777phl will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777phl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall 777phl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 777phl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10 Responsible Gaming

777phl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

10.1 Player Tools

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by 777phl

777phl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players; or (d) 777phl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, 777phl will process a withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting 777phl customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777phl platform, you agree to first contact 777phl customer support to seek an informal resolution. 777phl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

12.3 Jurisdiction

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of such dispute.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777phl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, 777phl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 777phl platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.3.
